ReplyDeleteMy gorgeous girl is 6 weeks old. Money is tight and while our pram is functional, in the world of competitive parenting, it is a bit embarrassing to be out in public with such an old pram. I would use the fabric along with some coordinates to completely refurbish the pram to make it a one of a kind stand out!!

I am ADDICTED to all the GORGEOUS fabrics available, and squeal with excitement every time a parcel containing fabric arrives in my mailbox! Hmmmmmm what is perfect in my life??? That is hard as not much in this world IS perfect!!!! Probably my love for my family (who can be very trying at times!) would be the closest thing to perfect that I can think of right now. They make you laugh, cry, proud, angry, sad, elated, secure and loved. Yep that would be about perfect I reckon :)

ReplyDeleteWhat is perfect in my life? Certainly not my waist line or my bank account... but I have 4 healthy kids and a loving hubby.. and a fantastic hobby. !!! Perfect to me is having kids that WANT to go to school and want to learn. (that'll do!)

ReplyDeleteWow such a hard thing ladies that I guess often many of us do not stop to think about!!! What is perfect in our life!?.....for me right now....Life is perfect because I have a roof over my head, food in the cupboard, my gorgeous partner Nathen, one adorable dog and one cute mischievous puppy! I might not have everything I want or much money to ourselves for outings etc but we do have each other which is more than some people have!! <3<3 Thank you ladies for asking this question it really makes you stop and think sometimes about how lucky you really can be xxx

ReplyDeleteI love fabric, I am obsessed with it because I can make gifts for my family that are "from the heart" & more personal than shop brought items.
ReplyDeletewhy do I like fabric? there's lots of reasons, but a real winner for me is that you can make clothes/presents etc that really reflect you (or the recipient) and it means you're not just restricted to whatever the premade items in the shop actually are (eg my eldest daughter would never be able to buy her fav buzz lightyear dress from the dept store)
