Today was the last day to post your Swap Partners gift! Have you made it to the post office yet?.
If you haven't posted your item, can you please let your swap partner know when you will be posting your gifts. If you are super organised and have already posted them can you email your swap partner and let them know.

Christmas in July Craft Swap Linky

Hi All,We hope you have been having fun getting to know your swap partner and creating some fantastic gifts! We would love to see what you have created so are now giving you the opportunity to share them with all of us. For those of you that have a blog please feel free to link up with the linky below. If you don't blog you can always add your photo's to flickr. Craft Swap Update

Hi All,

Just a quick update to let you know that everyone who signed up for our Christmas in July Craft Swap before the cut off date should have received an email letting you know who your swap partner is , we have 164 people signed up and ready to swap!

Christmas in July Craft Swap Reminder

Thank you to everyone who has signed up for our first ever craft swap! We are really excited about it and can't wait to start seeing glimpses of all the fabulous creations.

We just wanted to remind you that you will all start to receive your partners details on Friday. Then all you have to do is send a quick email to your partner and introduce yourself to kick things off.

For those of you who haven't signed up there is still time! You have until Midnight Thursday to get your self on the list. To do so click here and complete the form at the end of the post.

If you are on flickr you can join the Christmas in July Craft Swap group and upload and share and inspiration and progress that you have made.

For those of you that blog there will be a linky going up on the blog around the 15th so you can start linking up any posts that you have made about the swap.

TOMG's Christmas in July Craft Swap

We are excited to announce something very new to the TOMG blog.... We are hosting a craft swap! YAY! 

Are you excited because we certainly are!

Here is how it will work:

The theme for this swap is Christmas in July...

And first off you will need to sign up to the craft swap by using the form below, & Make sure you are following our blog to receive updates
 

Then once sign up closes on June 30^th 2011, Amy will pair all of our participants up and send emails out to everyone letting you know who your swap partners are.

Then you make and send a gift to your partner, who in return, will make and send you something.

This swap is an international swap, so if you would rather swap locally in Australia please let me know when sigining up.

Please read this entire post BEFORE you sign up!

If you have any questions, PLEASE email Amy at tomgcraftswap@gmail.com before signing up.

• If you commit to participate in this exchange, you will need to make one Handmade item for a fellow swap participant and post it before the 1^st of August 2011. In return, you will receive one Handmade Gift from a fellow crafter in the mail.
• Fill out the form below to officially sign up. Sign up is June 20^th 2011 to June 30^th 2011.
• After sign up closes, Amy will email you with your Swap partner’s postal and email address.
• After you receive the email with your swap partner’s details please send them an email to say Hi and introduce yourself. Half the fun of swaps is meeting some new people!  
• Make a gift for your assigned partner.
• Make sure you post your swap partners gift no later than Monday 1^st of August 2011.
• There is no skill level required. A handmade gift is always wonderful, no matter how technical it is!
• There is no price minimum on the gift. If postage costs are an issue, you can make a gift that is light weight and fits inside an envelope.
• You do not have to have a blog to participate!
• Remeber the theme of the swap is Christmas in July.
• If at any time you are unable to follow through and make and send your swap partner a gift, PLEASE email Amy ASAP!! If something unexpected comes up, shoot Amy an email at tomgcraftswap@gmail.com and we can work something out.
• Don’t forget to take pics of what you made! We will host a TOMG Christmas in July Craft Swap Linky Party so that everyone can show off what they made and received
• This linky party will start on July 25th 2011. There will also be a flickr group.
• We have no way of patrolling everyone’s participation, but we would like to think that everyone will be honest and do what they signed up for.
• Also as a special thank you for being a participant in our first ever craft swap we are offering you a very special deal where you can purchase a pack of  5 x Christmas Fabric Fat Quaters for just $23 incl postage(randomly selected). All you have to do to take advantage of this offer is email tomgcraftswap@gmail.com with the subject line FQ Christmas Pack.
