Mix N Match Weekend!

Hi everyone! Hope you're having a fun weekend! I am a day late with my Mix N Match - sorry :) My favourite post each week is matching Patterns Only patterns with The Oz Material Girls fabric - hope you enjoy the pairs as much as I do!

Mix N Match Saturday ... On A Sunday!

Hi Everyone! How is your weekend going?
Well, as the title suggests I am running a little late  with Mix N Match Saturday!  Sew we will have a Sunday edition for a change ;)
Here are a couple of my favourite Patterns Only patterns from  the last week teamed with some of my favourite  Oz Material Girls fabrics.
Firstly, the Ashley Party Dress from Blissful Sewing,  I have teamed it with some gorgeous fabrics  from Art Gallery's Poetica :

As I've said in the past, it's so easy to match using fabrics from the same line. That's why they make whole ranges ;) Sometimes you use a pattern that cries out for a statement. One special fabric that matches perfectly with the look you are trying to achieve. Here is an example.
The Amy Dress Pattern from Kikoi Patterns. I've teamed it with Glamour Inc by Benartix for our first statement :

Did you know there's less than a week of Summer left?  That means the nights will be turning cool soon - and we will all be looking for warmer PJ's! :)
